Whether it’s her cakes, brownies, breads or desserts, Madhavi never uses premixes or artificial flavours and colours. Instead, all her treats are made using fortified flour and fresh fruits, so you can satisfy your cravings, in an organic way!
Did you know most patisseries artificially add gluten to improve the texture of their breads? This doesn’t happen at The Bake Station, where ingredients are respected and not tampered with.
A qualified baker from The Pune Institute of Hotel Management, Madhavi worked for several years in the hospitality industry and handled guest relations at Blue Diamond Pune (now Vivanta by Taj). However her passion for baking needed an outlet and when she moved to Mumbai, she realized it was time to ditch the suit and don the apron.
After taking private orders for many years, Madhavi has decided to take the plunge and put her heart and soul into The Bake Station – a 1000 sq. ft. patisserie and baking class in Lower Parel, Mumbai.
